I had an overall wonderful experience at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful pool area and the stunning views of Diamond Head. The staff were extremely helpful, making my stay very pleasant. However, I did experience a few inconveniences regarding valet parking and limited room service options. The location is ideal, close to the beach and local attractions, which made it easy to explore the area.

I had an extraordinary stay at Queen Kapiolani Hotel, where we celebrated our engagement. The breathtaking views of Diamond Head and the beach from our suite’s balcony were a magical addition to our experience. The staff genuinely embodied the Aloha spirit, making us feel welcomed. Although our room was slightly smaller than expected, it provided ample space for two. One downside was the limited capacity at the pool area due to COVID restrictions, but overall, it was an unforgettable trip and I can’t wait to return.
